Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. There are NO exceptions. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, I may be unable to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I reserve time for clients that cannot be regained with late cancellations, I appreciate your understanding.
